I am trying to run TelNet from the CMD line but apparently VISTA does not recognize this command. How can I run TelNet from VISTA?

The telnet client is an optional feature of Windows Vista and it is not installed by default.
I don't have a copy of Vista, but according to this article it is quite simple to install.
