Pivot Tables (Excel 2003 SP2)

Edited by HansV to insert <!t>[pre] and <!t>[/pre] tags

Hi Everyone

I am putting together a pivot table that is to show a number of people in a row of there own and then their figures for the last 7 quarters across the top in colums so that the columns Q1 for example will shoe everyone in the list in a row of its own their figure. I set tup the table and the figures are displaying as follows

A Person Q1 figure
Q2 figure
Q3 figure
etc

B Person Q1 figure
Q2 figure
Q3 figure
etc

rather than across the way. I thought I was doing something wrong so refered back to a previous table and the set up seems to be exactly the same. Can anyone shed any light on what might be wrong?

Thanks in Advance

You can drag the "button" for Quarters to the right, where the Total is - see screenshot.
Or click in the pivot table, then activate the Pivot Table Wizard, click Layout, and drag the Quarter field to the Column area.
