I have a computer that is used to give presentations and is not connected to the internet. I am attempting to play a downloaded video. I am getting a message that states: "Windows Media Play cannot play the file. this file may be formatted with an unsupported codec, or the internet security setting on you computer is set to high. Lower your browser's security setting, and then try again. How can I fix this problem?

If the problem is related to a missing codec you can get codec packs for various versions of WMP here. If the file requires an internet connection for some or all of it's content, it won't work on that machine.
