    Range of Cells (Excel 2007)

How do I select a group of cells then move within that selection only using the arrow key

I think It's not possible, when you select a range the movement way is with the key TAB or ENTER.

To expand on Servando's reply: when you select a range, pressing an arrow key will cancel the selection.
Pressing the Tab key will move across, then down within the selection, and with the default settings pressing Enter will move down, then across within the selection.
