    Publisher v Word (2003)

Hi. Is publisher any better than Word for designing an application form? I'm thinking in particular in terms of aligning objects, using lines, and placing graphics into a header? The document needs to look professional when printed. Thanks, Andy.

Word does everything you mention, and in general I'd prefer Word. But if you have exotic design requirements, Publisher might be easier. So it depends on what exactly you want to do.

Thank you. I don't think the design requirements are overly exotic. Andy.
