    Duplicate a row (2003)

Hi. I would like to duplicate a table row. If I copy and paste the text, it doesn't carry across the cell shading. Is there a way to (precisely) copy an entire row? Andy.

If you select an entire row, copy and paste it, Word should copy the formatting too. If not, look for a Paste Options smart tag on the right hand side of the pasted row, and select "Keep source formatting" from the dropdown list.

Thank you. I was probably selecting only the text rather than the entire row. Andy.
