    Online Questionnaire

    Hi all,

Does anyone know a website that offers/ allows one to create free online questionnaires? I had a look at zoomerang but it looks like they only do surveys.

    Cheers,

    Re: Online Questionnaire

I think I use 'survey' and 'questionnaire' more or less interchangeably.

What is the distinction you make? What type of thing do you want to do that Zoomerang won't do?

A search for "online questionnaires" at Google comes up with lots of sites.

    Re: Online Questionnaire

What I want to do is to create questions and then print out those results i.e. What is your name? Do you need a computer? Why do you need a computer, and then collect the result for each person.

    Thanks

    Re: Online Questionnaire

I have not used it, but this seems to be just what Zoomerang (or any of the others found by a Google search) would do.

So I still don't understand what the problem is.

    Re: Online Questionnaire

Is the problem (with survey sites or online polls) that you need each individual's data to be presented distinctly, rather than aggregated?

Added: Many years ago, I used Zoomerang for a internal survey that mixed ratings (e.g., 1-5) and free-form comment fields. And last time we did employee evaluations, we used (gasp) SurveyMonkey. I think these tools are very flexible if you dig into them. And much easier than setting up your own software.
