    Worksheet_Change fired just by dbl-clicking on a c (Excel 2003)

    Hi all,

I have found that Worksheet_Change is fired just by dbl-clicking on a cell and then pressing Enter.

Is this a bug? Or am I working in a wrong mode, or what?

I have programmed with Excel a few times, but I have never yet used this event.

    Tia,

Double-clicking a cell and pressing Enter is seen as modifying the value of the cell, even if you didn't actually change anything. So the Worksheet_Change event fires; it fires whenever you modify the value of a cell directly.

If you want to react to moving to a different cell, use the Worksheet_SelectionChange event instead.
