    Find command with text (2003)

    So I start with this formula:
    =IF(FIND( "mov",G1966, 1 )>1,1,0) and if the cell contains mov, it returns a 1....but if the cell does not contain mov then it returns "#VALUE!".

    How do I get it to return a (0)zero?

    Thanks,
    -Jim

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

    FIND returns a number if the search string is found, but an error value if the search string is not found. You can use the ISERROR function to get around this:
    <code>
    =IF(ISERROR(FIND("mov",G1966)),0,1)</code>
