    Non breaking Hyphen (2003/SP2)

I'm looking for the keyboard shortcut to insert a non-breaking hyphen. In Word it is Ctrl Shift + -
However, that doesn't appear to work in PPT.
    Any suggestions?

There is no built-in shortcut in PowerPoint.
    - You can turn on NumLock and press Alt+0173 using the numeric keypad.
    - Or you can use Insert | Symbol (the soft hyphen is displayed to the left of the character).

Our solution was to create an Autocorrect entry for the word (in Word). But I still wanted to know how to find the darn character!
