    Reset VBE (2002)

I seem to have messed up my VBE settings. Project to left, code window to right, immediate window to bottom, they are now all seperate. How can I reset this?

You can right-click a window such as the Immediate window and make sure that Dockable in the popup menu is ticked.
You can drag a dockable window to one of the edges (top, left, right, bottom) of the VBE window and it will click into place, as if were a magnet against a metal surface.

If you can't get it to work the way you want:
    - Close all instances of the VBE.
    - Select Start | Run...
    - Type regedit and press Enter or click OK.
    - Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftVBA6.0Common.
    - Click on the Common key.
    - Select the Dock item in the right hand pane and press Delete.
    - Confirm that you want to delete it.
    - Quit RegEdit.
The VBE should now open with the factory settings for its windows.

I managed to sort it with the help of the thread starting at <post#=602903>post 602903</post#> . But I cannot get the properties window to dock below the project explorer.

First, right-click the Properties window and make sure that Dockable is ticked in the popup menu.
Next, drag the Properties window away from the edge of the VBE window.
It should now be floating, and the Project Explorer should take up the left hand side of the VBE window.
Drag the Properties window on top of the Project Explorer, then carefully drag it to the bottom of the VBE window (still on top of the Project Explorer!) until it docks at the bottom.

If all fails, see my other reply.

I tried, and I tried, and it still would'nt dock. No idea what I did to mess it all up in the first place. The other option worked, Thanks.

Yes. I just found it strange that it was only your replies, as replies from any other loungers have always been ok. But they seem to work now.
