Windows Script 5.7 for Windows XP

    No problem, just a question.
I have Windows Script Host version 5.6.0.8820 and version 5.7.0.16535 on my hard drive. The description for ver 5.7 states under Update replacement information: This update does not replace any other previously released updates.

My question is should I remove the older version or leave well enough alone? I'm not delete happy but I do like to remove things that might cause a conflict or is no longer supported nor needed.

I'd leave it alone. It doesn't take up much space, and if it had been necessary to remove the older version, Microsoft would have done so during an update.

I knew that would be the response and I agree. It's such a little file and I'm really not hurting for space.

    Thanks for responding,
