sorting duplicate values in a column (2003)

Is there anyway in Excel to sort out column, so that duplicate values come out on top of the column?

    See yellow cells in screenshot.

You would have to use a "cheater" column and sort on that column.
Using your picture as an example, put this formula in C2 and copy down to the end of your column.
    =countif(A:A,A2)

Column C would be your primary sort column and column A would be your secondary sort column

Thatís great , can you tell me how l can sort the column C2 so that it shows only those rows which have the SR number occur twice, also l would like the team name to show, which relates to the SR number.

You can use Autofilter set to custom where value in column C >=2.

    Where is the team anme?
