    I'd have to see a stripped down copy of the database, just looking at the code doesn't help. See <post#=401925>post 401925</post#> for instructions (if your database is in .accdb format, convert it to .mdb format, most Loungers don't have access 2007 yet).

    Add new field to table (Access 2007)

    Subject edited by HansV to be slightly less vague than "Access"

    We have a database created by a former programmer / employee. I have added a field named NSBA to the newbord table and I have added [NSBA] to the areas of the code where I think they need to be; however, the Badges table is not reflecting the information. The attached code is creating the Badges table that is used for printing the badges.

    Thank You I will finish following up on this on Monday. I just figured out that there is a button to run that changes the badges table. The people I need to speak with about this are gone for the weekend.
