No British Pound (Access 2003 SP2)

I user called to complain that in the Table Properties, she can pick Currency in $$$ or Euro. There is no British Pound.

    Is this an add-on?

    How can I remedy?

    Thanks

You can type the into Format field yourself. Something like #,###.00 should do it.

You can enter a custom format in the Format property of a Currency field - just delete the existing entry and type the custom format #,##0.00
Note: when entering data in the field, just enter the number, don't type the . Just like when you have a format with $ or you don't enter those.

I'm confused. She has a currency field that needs to be either a date or text? What property is she trying to change?

Is it the property of field within a table such as I have attached?
