    Using Cover Pages (2007)

In Word Options you can change the Ruler Bar from centimeters to inches. Is there a way to do this in Power Point and Excel without going into the Control Panel or....is this Microsoft's way of consistently being inconsistent? (I thought they'd fix the Ctrl + ] to be consistent to increase the font size in all three programs but....it appears Office 2007 wasn't about correcting problem in '03; it was about making things prettier (like the Mac)). Any ideas are appreciated in advance.

Excel 2007 uses the system unit by default. To change this:
    Click the Office button.
    Select Excel Options.
    Activate the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the Display section.
Select the unit you want from the "Ruler Units" dropdown.

PowerPoint 2007: as far as I know, PowerPoint always uses the system unit, so you'd have to change it in the Regional Settings control panel.

BTW, what does your question have to do with Word and with cover pages? <img src=/S/scratch.gif border=0 alt=scratch width=25 height=29>
