    Sorting Pivot Tables (2003)

Please see attached sample which is a copy of part of a very large pivot table. We have sorted the data on the Total 2 column (ascending order, so that all the 0 values are at the top). What we now need to do is to also sort on a second column - Term (in descending order). If I were doing this normally, this would be the equivalent of Data Sort - Sort By: Total 2 (ascending), then by Term (descending). Hope this makes sense. Can you do this in a Pivot Table? I've tried everything obvious but with no success. Any help would be gratefully received.

You can click in any of the Term cells in the pivot table and click the Sort Descending button on the toolbar. The sort order specified in Pivot Table | Sort and Top 10 has precedence, so the effect will be that the table is sorted ascending by the Total2 value, then within each customer, descending on Term. I don't think you can make Excel sort the customers descending on Term.
