There aren't too many <img src=/S/free.gif border=0 alt=free width=30 height=15>ware DVD authoring programs about. DVDStyler has received some good reviews and seems to have numerous nice features:

• creating a DVD video with interactive menus
• support for AVI, MPEG, VOB and other file formats
• using MPEG and VOB files without reencoding
• allows put files with different audio/video format on one DVD (support of titleset)
• drag and drop video files directly
• import image file for menu background
• place buttons, text, images and graphic objects anywhere on the menu screen
• change font/color and other parameters of buttons and graphic object
• scale buttons and graphic objects
• copy and paste any menu object and whole menu
• set chapters for each movie
• set pre and post commands for each movie and menu
• DVD scripting
• <img src=/S/free.gif border=0 alt=free width=30 height=15>

I had a problem with "zlib1.dll not found". The attached copy of same can be extracted to .. DVDStylerbin folder and this appears to rectify the problem. Also, the interface window is oversize for my screen - may vary with screen resolution I guess.

Nice find thank you. I will be having a play with this sometime as I find my present "Nero" programme for making dvd lacking in many areas.
