    HIding Macro Sheet (2002 SP3)

I have a number of macros I've written in a separate workbook. When I run one of the macros, the workbook opens and appears as an open workbook on my taskbar.

Is there a way to use the macros and keep the workbook hidden - similar to my personal workbook.

You could open the workbook with the macros and hide it (Window | Hide).
When you quit Excel, you'll be asked whether you want to save the workbook (hiding it counts as a change). Click Yes.
Next time, the workbook will be opened hidden, just like Personal.xls.
