    SQL command (2003)

    I recently opened up a Word document and got the attached command. Any idea what it means? Should I select yes or no? Is there a way to get rid of that so it doesn't bother others to whom the document will be sent?

    Regards,

    This usually means that the document has been set up for mail merge and has been connected to a data source.
    If it shouldn't be a mail merge document, you can try the following:
    - Open the document and reply Yes to the prompt.
    - Activate the Visual Basic Editor (Alt+F11).
    - Activate the Immediate windows (Ctrl+G).
    - Type

    ActiveDocument.MailMerge.MainDocumentType = wdNotAMergeDocument

    - Press Enter.
    - Save and close the document.
    You shouldn't get the warning any more.
