    I'm sorry, but I don't understand what kind of help you need. Are you trying to add more fields to the crosstab? Does the mailmerge not work?

    The mail merge works but if there are say three diffrent records, it adds the amount and displays it as one record, Do you get what I mean? Coz its got sum in the Value column its summing it up, thats understandable but I don't want it to sum it, i want it to display records, one by one.

    A crosstab may not give you the result you seem to be looking for. You would have to group on something besides a field shared by those records to get distinct values for each in the crosstab. Is there some reason you're using a crosstab instead of a straight select query, which will give you all the records?

    The fund column has three fund names that I want to be the column heading for the table in the mail merged document which will then be used to display the values. I don't know how else I could do this. do u have any suggestions? I've attached a copy of the mail merged document so that you would get a clear understanding of whta am trying to say. Thanks for helping....
