File Format Conversion (Windows XP / 2002)

When I save a 2007 word document to 97-2003 format, the Microsoft Word
compatibility checker pops up and says "some text box positioning will
change". When you open the document (compatability mode) as a 97-2003
format, there are some random tabs that aren't aligned as they were in the
original 2007 document. This also occurs when printing. Is there a converter
    patch or fix for this?

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

Word 2007 has some features that cannot be converted accurately to Word 97-2003 format because those versions didn't have those features. If you want to prevent this, you shouldn't work with the Word 2007 format and start creating your documents in compatibility format.

See Compatibility Checker errors for details about incompatibilities.

WOW.......imagine that, me having to wait on the rest of the world to catch up. Or better yet, have to create letterheads, etc. in 2 different formats........LOL. Hey, I appreciate the reply and assistance. You never know until you ask.
