    Hiding row (2003)

    Good morning
    I'm working on a form at the moment. All the fields are done in VLOOKUP.. With a dropdown the users decide which form they want to use and all fields piopulate.
    Several Yes/No functions are with separate dropdowns.
    However, one form is slightly different and has one additional question, which happens to be question 1.

    When any of the other forms are selected (6 of them) can I have row 11 automatically hide or change the row height to - say 5

    Thanks for your help

    Yes you can in the Code Properties of the combo box. In the Change procedure set up an if statement to check the value of the combobox. If it is the form that requires row 11 to be shown then change the rowheight of row 11 (Range("A11").RowHeight) to 12.75 which is the standard height else change it to 0. It would look something like this

    Private Sub ComboBox1_Change()
    If ComboBox1.Value = [form that requires row 11] Then
    'Show Row
    Range("A11").RowHeight = 12.75
    'Hide Row
    Range("A11").RowHeight = 0
    End If
    End Sub
