Click anywhere in the area where your textboxes and autoshapes are, then go to the Drawing toolbar, click on Draw and then on Ungroup. You can then adjust each item, and regroup them to be a single drawing again afterwards.

    Text boxes (Word 2003)

    Hello,

I have some text boxes in my document whose fields remain greyed out in the dialogue box that appears when I click on them. I thus cannot change the sizes of the boxes. Can anyone see the attached and let me know if they can find the problem?

Also, as a second problem, and regarding a text box not copied in the attached document, in some text boxes, I can't click within the text box to select the text. When I click on the problematic text box, nothing happens; when I double click on it, I get a Format Autoshape dialogue box. How can I edit the text in these text boxes?

    Thank you,

    JMT
