    How to edit DUE DATE of multiple tasks at once (Outlook 2003)

    I have multiple selected rows of tasks - how do I change due date of all at once?

    For categories, this is done easily: (RT.CLICK, select Categories...)

    THanks.

    You can't. However you could speed it up by using a list View such as the default Task window, and then Copying the desired date into the Due Date field for each applicable Task. Or you could do it though VBA code like this:

    Sub SetSelectedTaskDueDate()
    Dim strDateDue As String
    Dim objTask As Object

    strDateDue = InputBox("Enter Date: ", "Task Due Date")
    If IsDate(strDateDue) Then
    For Each objTask In ActiveExplorer.Selection
    With objTask
    If .Class = olTask Then
    .DueDate = CStr(strDateDue)
    .Save
    End If
    End With
    Next objTask
    Else
    MsgBox "Invalid date"
    End If
    Set objTask = Nothing
    End Sub
