    Sum of Sum (2003)

Hi. I've a simple table of ClientId, ProductCode, and Amount. I've created a Total Query which groups by ClientId and ProductCode before summing the corresponding amounts. I've then built a report based on this query which sums the amounts for each client. How can I modify the report so that it is in order of the client with the greatest total amount? (I hope this makes sense?). Andy.

Create a query that sums the amounts by client.
If you need more fields, create a query on whatever other table or query you need plus this new query.
Use this query as record source for the report.
In the Sorting and Grouping window, select the SumOfAmount field and specify that the report should be sorted descending on this field.

Thank you. An additional touch I then used was to Hide Duplicates so that the totals don't repeat unnecessarily. Andy.
