    bookmark (English/MS Word 2007)

    I have created a template with a userbox. Once the user has filled in the information and the template has created a document, I want the user to start typing at a certain point in the document. How can I incorporate a bookmark in the VBA code that will send the user to this point in the document?

    I assume that you can create the bookmark manually in the template. Let's say that you name it StartingPoint.
    You can use the following instruction in VBA to go to the bookmark:
    <code>
    Selection.GoTo What:=wdGoToBookmark, Name:="StartingPoint"</code>

    Thank you very much. I just figured it out on my own.

    Great - that's always the best way to learn! <img src=/S/thumbup.gif border=0 alt=thumbup width=15 height=15>
