E.U.L.A. on xp for dell laptop (windows xp home ed.)

i have a dell notebook with WINDOWS XP home ed., my screen is broke and i have a monitor to use but had to do a full recovery and monitor will not come on until i get windows started. cant see where to click "agree" on the end users license agreement, is there another way to accept without using the mouse?

Usually the instruction is "Press any key on the keyboard to indicate that you have read the DELL EULA and agree to its terms.", so try that.

You could try whether pressing Y (for Yes) or the Enter key works. Otherwise I wouldn't know, sorry.

well i appreciate your time Hans, unfortunately i already tried that also, i do have about 1/3 of my screen on and have been searching the web for an approximate pic of that screen so i could kind of guess where the check box is, but no luck, hope this is not a pre-cursor to the year to come lol. thank you very much.

Happy New Year!

On Windows XP EULA, press Alt and A keys on your keyboard simultaneously ("accept"), then Enter. If you need to proceed through next pages, look at underline letters and press corresponding letter with Alt key ("Next", Not at this time", etc.)

Make sure that your keyboard is recognized by Windows.
