Windows Update Undo Files (Vista Ultimate SP1)

Hi Guys, Just a quick question. In WinXP when a Windows Update was done the files to undo that update were stored in the Windows directory as compressed files. I'm wondering how the "undo the update" is accomplished in Vista. I don't see and cannot find where the files are located to un-install an errant update. But I assume they must be there somewhere.

    Thanks a lot. Just curious!

From Control Panel, open "Programs & Features" and then click on "View installed updates". From here, you can uninstall the updates.

Thanks for the info, John. I should have seen that! So I guess Vista stores the uninstall files (the original ones) somewhere, but who knows where.

    Thank you for the reply. Happy New Year! <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>
