    Color Index (Excel XP 2002)

    Hi all,

    I have a form that I would like to change a label color based on the background color of a cell, so that if the cell background is 34 then the label on a form is also 34. What I have found out is I can't change the color because background color appears to be a constant, is there a way to convert the colorindex to color contstant so that I can use is for a the background color of a label?

    thanks
    Darryl.

    This works for me
    Userform1.Label1.BackColor = Range("A1").Interior.Color
