    table dependency (Office 2003 Access)

My database skills are primitive. I have a number of calls table and a months of the year table. I need to know how to make the numbers dependent upon the month. For example, 12 calls in November, 20 in December, etc., without having to start all over each month and wipe out the numbers table. Possible?

I'd add a date/time field (or a month field if you prefer) to the calls table, so that you can identify to which month a number of calls belongs.

I'm a little concerned about your table structure. You have a "number of calls" table, which I take to be a table that somehow contains a single number for each month. Do you have another table that that keeps track of each call? If so, you don't need this totals table.
