    This is not a problem, so long as you have a good software firewall

    Most people don't see these port scans because the firewall in a router stops them arriving at the PC.

    My Bitdefender intercept a ip to attack my pc.... i have pinged the ip addres but retrurn no result...

    According to Whois record for 39.254.76.89 it's the IANA — Internet Assigned Numbers Authority. They were probably checking which IP addresses are in use <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>
