Truncated HTML email (Outlook 2000 SR1)

Hello all! Recently I have been getting truncated emails from two sources. One from Zdnet and the other from Lockergnome. In the LG mail there is no sidebar contained in the table and it stops a third of the way through the message. I have posted to LG newsgroups and have tried all of their suggestions. (No joy) In the ZDnet mail, I get the first three paragraphs and then it ends. My ISP has a spam filtering feature, but I have that disabled. But even if I did have it enabled, I would not get the mail at all if they considered it to be spam.

    Thanks for your <img src=/S/help.gif border=0 alt=help width=23 height=15>.

Would you believe you are not the first person to report this?

    <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.wopr.com/cgi-bin/w3t/showflat.pl?Cat=&Board=out&Number=14784>HTML formatted Email is truncated. (13 Feb 2001)</A>

Unfortunately, we didn't come up with an answer back then. A fresh search at MS turned up an article blaming the server (<A target="_blank" HREF=http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q293/8/52.ASP>Q293852</A>), but since this is a recent change, that probably isn't it. Good luck.

Thanks for your reply. The former thread is pretty much like my own problem. Yesterday, a person in the Lockergnome newsgroup suggested downloading a POP server monitor from http://www.geocities.com/SiliconVall...576/magic.html
I did get the program and I have set Outlook 2k to leave messages on the server. That way I can view the message in plain text if it happens again on Tuesday. (Holiday weekend here in the states).
