    Combo Box troubles (Access 2003)

I wanted to add a combo box to my database, listing 3 options (yes, no and partial). I made a table with the three options (3 rows), but trying to link the combo box to the table only allows me to select the key field (autonumbered 1, 2 and 3) and doesn’t let me select the other field.
Should I just delete the options table and do it over again, leaving off the key field or am I missing something? (Or is there some other way to have a yes, no and maybe option?)

I assume the table on has 2 columns, so you need to make sure the combobox has 2 columns. And then, you need to set the column widths something like this:

    0"; 1"

this makes the first column invisible.

You don't have to point your combobox at a table/query to collect the options. The wizard allows you so simply type in the options you want & for you this would seem ideal!

    Best of Luck
