Spyzooka info?

Anyone have any experience with Spyzooka anitspyware software? Google search turns up both positive and negative comments. Searching the lounge here turns up zero.

    TIA

I don't know anything about this program or the company behind it -- except that they have an experienced affiliate marketing team (see Antispyware Affiliate Program with Lifetime Commissions), which means it is that much harder to trust third party endorsements of the product, since they may well be getting paid for them.

Never heard of it. I use SpySweeper and am very pleased with it. There is a review of Spyzooka here that appears to be pretty through and did a fair comparison test with other software (SpySweeper included). If there is a fully functional trial, it looks like it would be worth a trial. Post back with your thoughts if you choose to try it.

Edited by Doc Watson to remove link because the site linked to has some unsuitable links and ads on other pages.

Thanks for pointing that out Jefferson. I checked back to the site I linked to and the review looked a bit suspicious, in light of what you say about the marketing. I went to the site home page and it's nothing more than an ad site.

Please allow me to retract my recommendation that you try this software. If you have installed it, I would suggest that you remove it.

The site where the review is posted may not be on the up and up and looks as if it is a marketing ploy similar to the one Jefferson linked to.

    My apologies.

Not a problem. Thanks for the (usual) thoroughness. I won't be using this program. Strange, but Tucows gave it 5 cows, their highest rating.
