How to make bar chart? (2003)

    Hi,

The Excel sheet has a column for the Pupil Name & then for their Grade.

Then I have a picture of what I'm trying to achieve, which is a stack of bar charts of these results (along with a percentage)

Please can you help me do this in Excel?

    Cheers

If you just want a bar chart, then select your data, click the chart wizard button, choose Bar Chart as the type and then hit Finish. (I am assuming the numbers in your picture are not supposed to relate to your sample data).

I interpret differently from Rory that you want something similar to a barchart in the cells next to the scores
see attached if this is what you are after.
