    Formatting graphs (2003)

    Hi there
Happy new year to all of you. Perhaps a simple question for most of you but kinda struggling at the moment.
I have this graph and I would like
    - the bars to the wider and the bars to be in the middle is the area.
At the moment person B, D and D are and the other 3 seem to be aligned differently.
This report will be seen by management so I want it to be perfect

    Thanks for your help

The chart doesn't make much sense to me, partly because it's based on data from another workbook.
Could you attach a workbook that includes the chart AND the source data?
