Printing Que (2003)
I have a problem with one of my Network Printers H.P. Officejet 7310xi, I updated drivers and it won't print. I have a test page hung up in the Printing Que. How do I clear the Que? have tried to delet, and cancel, it states it is canceling but it stays there.

Try these steps:
1.Open a remote desktop session to the print server. You will need elevated privileges to perform steps 4-7. Please contact one of the Windows system administrators for appropriate clearance.
2.Open the "Printers and Faxes" icon in the control panel and select the desired print queue.
3.Double click to open.
4.Cancel all print jobs in queue by clicking on File-Cancel all jobs
5.The last print job will not automatically be flushed from the queue so you need to restart the Print Spooler service on the print server (gutenberg).
6.Click Start-Programs-Administrative Tools-Services
7.Right click and restart the Print Spooler service located in the Services Window.
8.Check your work by refreshing the screen (F5).
