MS Office / Works (XP sp3)

I have MS Office 2003 Basic installed and use Word2003, Excel 2003, and Outlook 2003 running on XP with all maintenance applied.

In my Program Files I also have MS Works and Outlook Express. Is it safe to move these two folders to my off line hard drive to free up space on my "C" drive?

Likewise is it safe to move Net Meeting to my off line drive?

    Thanks

    Tom

I would *not* simply delete these folders!

You should be able to uninstall MS Works from the Add or Remove Programs control panel, and Outlook Express from the Add or Remove Windows Components section of this control panel.

For NetMeeting, see How to uninstall NetMeeting on a Windows XP-based computer.

Depending on your version of Outlook, some features might not work correctly without Outlook Express. The main one that comes to mind is newsgroup support.
