    Mail Merge (Word 2003)

    I have a single page mail merge letter that uses an Excel spreadsheet as a data source. The spreadsheet has multiple rows (in this case 24). The merged document contains 24 letters (named Letters1. Instead of one word document with 24 letters, I need 24 individual documents so that I can email each one individually. Is this possible?

    You can use the macro described in <post#=663,727>post 663,727</post#> (originally by Doug Robbins) to split the single merged document into separate documents.
