font on forward or reply (2003 sp-3)

I have a user who doesn't like Plain text messages. When she gets one and want to forward or reply, she hits forward or reply and changes the format to HTML. The problem she is having is the font changes from her default (arial 12) to times new roman 10. In her Mail setup for fonts replies and forwards are set for Arial 12. I set the blank stationery template font to Arial 12 and check to always use "my fonts". One other odd thing, if she changes the format to Rich text it is Arial but she doesn't like rich text either. Any suggestions? Thanks all!

This is an old problem - see OL2000: Font Changes When Changing Message Formats. Apparently the only "solution" is to change the font manually. <img src=/S/sad.gif border=0 alt=sad width=15 height=15>

Thanks Hans. Don't like the answer but at now we have proof and won't waste anymore time on this one.
