Do you want to disable editing of all nodes, or of specific nodes only?

Set the LabelEdit property of the treeview control to 1 - tvwManual (the default is 0 - tvwAutomatic, meaning that users can edit all nodes)

Setting LabelEdit to manual only disables editing nodes, it does not disable expanding nodes. Make sure that you have set the Enabled property of the treeview to True.
