    Disappearing name from report (2003 (11.8204.8221) sp2)

I have a report that looks fine as long as the last names are different. However, when the last name is the same the second name disappears. (See the attached)

There is a "Hide Duplicates" property for each textbox on the report. In this case, you want to set it to "No" for this lastname control.

I checked the "Hide Duplicates" property before I posted my SOS. Also, the lastname control is not on my report. What is on my report is the concatenation of the lastname and firstname.

Could you post a stripped down copy of your database? See <post#=401925>post 401925</post#> for instructions.

My immediate reaction is that you are grouping by Last Name whereas you should be grouping by the Prmary Key field (StaffID or whatever).
