    drop-down influences another drop-down (2003)

What is the best way to insert a drop-down menu (first question)...should it be validation from a list?
Then, if someone selects an item from the first drop-down menu, how can that influence the choices from yet a second drop-down menu?
Can I take this (how?) one step further to a third drop-down that's influenced by the choices from the second?

You will have to define "best" in what sense. It is a good one for ease of creation, but that makes it the least adaptable...

For your 2nd question, Check out Excel -- Data Validation -- Dependent Dropdowns from a Sorted List. It can be adapted for more than 2 dependencies...
