    Bracket 2 lines (2k)

    Hi,
I think I already know the answer, but is there a way to bracket two lines, or multiple lines together with a bracket, namely } without using a text box to enlarge } and insert it at the end of the text on both lines.

You don't have to use a text box.
    - Activate the Drawing toolbar.
    - Click AutoShapes, and select a bracket from the Basic Shapes flyout menu.
    - Click in the document or drag a rectangle to place the bracket.
    - To set the way text flows around the shape (or not), select the shape, then select Format | AutoShape and activate the Layout tab.

Of course!!!! Something about the wood for the trees comes to mind! <img src=/S/stupidme.gif border=0 alt=stupidme width=30 height=30>
If I needed to line up some further text with the line in the centre of } then presumably a text box would be needed as none of the formatting options in the bracket allow for this.

    That might help, yes.
