How do you make the report print X copies of each record?

Have not defined that yet. My record has a field with qty of boxes but not sure how to translate that to printing qty

    Re: printing labels (Access2003)

See the attached rather simple demo for a way to do it.
I created a products table with a Copies field, a copies table that simply lists the numbers 1...20 (could be extended, obviously) and a query that uses these to produce the sequence numbers. The tables aren't joined directly in the query but there is a condition on the CopyNo field from the copies table: it must be less than or equal to the Copies field from the produxts table.

The query acts as record source for the report, which is sorted (ascending) by ProductID and CopyNo.

Thank you, I believe I can make that work.
