Give owner permissions to Public Folders (Exchange 2007)
Does anyone know how to give owner permissions to a user on public folders using shell commands as I think it takes much less time. I guess I can login into an outlook profile as admin and give permission to a every single folder but that is taking time.....

See if Manage Exchange 2007 public folders with the Exchange Management Shell helps.
