    Password protection (Publisher 2003)

    Good morning

I am aware that under normal circumstances you cannot password a Publisher file but I am fed up with producing training booklets which I later find with other peoples logo's on etc. I have read the advice on a Google search that suggests saving as a PDF but I then cannot print as required (1 A4 printed as 4 pages, such as a Christmas card might be).

Can anybody help with a bit of VBA code perhaps that prevents saving or something like that? or indeed any other suggestions would be appreciated.

    Cheers

Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader have many print options, so you should be able to print your booklet the way you want. I don't think you can protect a Publisher document adequately using macros.
