Calendar (2003)

I've archived my calendar, any way to un-archive it without moving each appointment from archive to Calendar?

Just a thought, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Please note that I have NOT tested this.

Create a new Outlook profile, with a different PST file to your normal one, and log in to this profile.

Open the file that contains your archived appointments.

File > Archive

Select the file that contains the archived appointments

Use the Browse button to select your Normal PST file as the Archive file:

click OK[/list]StuartR

You can also open the Archive Calendar in a table view, such as "All Appointments", and click the first and shift-click the last appointment within the range you want to restore, then select Edit | Copy to folder, select your active PST Calendar folder from the Folder Tree dialog, and OK out.
