    Attachments (2003)

    Good morning

Sorry if this has been asked before but I could not find anything relevant when searching.

I have download some health and safety flash files with a .exe extension which I would like to email to others within our Company in the UK and abroad. However I keep getting the warning message about unsafe attachments and the recipients do not receive them.

Is there a way that I can send this out?

    Cheers

You could zip them and email the zip file, but this requires you to have a tool that can zip them, and your Company allowing zip files with executables!

FYI, default installations of the Windows XP OS have native ability to create Zip files from the File Explorer. Select the file(s) to be zipped, right click, Send to | Compressed Folder. The "Compressed Folder" created is a Zip file you can attach to your message.
